Positive: The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The location is very close to the beach and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Negative: The only downside is it’s very close to the train tracks which can be a bit loud however this did not affect us too much.

Summary: We had an amazing stay! The owner and his son as super friendly and helpful.They went out of their way to make our stay

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Kumarana Guest House. As it is a new building, everything is very clean, fresh, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the king-size bed and the simple room design with cut cement finishes, which exceeded our expectations. The dining areas on the first floor and the rooftop offer beautiful sea views, making it a lovely place to enjoy a meal or relax. The property is located right next to the railway track, but the train noise was not disturbing when we were inside the room. It is a bit more noticeable in the restaurant area, but it was not a problem for us. The owner, Kumara, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We would definitely recommend Kumarana Guest House to anyone visiting Induruwa, Bentota.

Positive: It had Pool Table, Cafe, which were on top of the facilities that we received. The view of the Sea from the Roof Top Cafe was another level. We enjoyed the stay a lot and the staffs were, very polite and extremely well mannered. They also went way more to make our stay more fun and enjoyable. The assistant manager was the Greatest of them all. He had a extremely friendly face and behaviour. He nodded yes on each and every request we were making. We also opted for the breakfast, and it was extremely delicious. We kinda had a great stay in the end of our Srilanka Trip.

Negative: The railway tracks are very near to the place, it was very enjoyable for us. But the sound may disturb your sleep. Though we're not albe to hear much while sleeping and all thanks to the sound proof concept the rooms had.
