Summary: We had a lovely, large room overlooking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful showing us where to hike and explaining the many different transportation options. They gave us two smart cards upon arrival that we used for access to numerous gondolas, cable cars and funiculars. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The Kulm is an amazing hotel and probably one of the best I have ever stayed at, including the Paris Ritz. Service, location, rooms and main galleries were better than 5 star. This hotel exceeded every expectation and is my new benchmark for the ultimate in hotel experiences.

Summary: Great location overlooking the lake. Lovely views over the lake. Spa was fantastic - large swimming pool and different steam rooms and saunas to choose from. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Overall a brilliant hotel.
