Positive: Modern Apartment with a very comfortable bed. Hugo is super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me. Everything I wanted to see was walkable. At the same time the apartment lies in a backyard so it's nice and quiet.

Positive: Great self contained studio Great location Kitchen has everything you need Hot water and powerful shower I found this to be a gem of a place. Secure locks on doors and gates entrance made my stuff feel safe and staff respond to messages quickly and are helpful and sort things out if you have any issues.

Negative: Concrete floors so you need slippers/socks or to wear outside shoes I found the bed a little hard for me it's a futon style firmness. But this is really much more a matter of personal preference than anything else

Positive: Good location, safe and easy to walk around Comfortable bed Terrace Great value for money - very low cost!

Negative: Host can be very slow to reply or fail to respond Kitchen is not always in good condition Brief period where there was no running water Insufficient toilet paper and water supplies (but this was later rectified)

Positive: provides hand towel, WiFi works well, hot water, comfortable room temp without ac (windows open, blankets provided), easy remote check in, key to main gate provided so you can come and go easily as you please, drinking water

Negative: bathroom smells so bad, fireworks like sounds constantly (possibly construction?)
