Positive: Very well equipped and nicely decorated with much creativity. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Maria Inés went above and beyond to guide us and give advice about trails and places to eat. A very caring person indeed. The trail head to Laguna Torre was only half a block away. Very convenient. You could also walk to the main business street from there (5-10 minute walk)
Negative: There was a mild unidentified smell that only I could smell and not my husband

Positive: Maria is a great host. she welcomed us with useful information about el Chalten and the hikes. The place is very comfortable, extremely clean and has everything you need for a great hiking vacation. It is also not on the main street (Av. San Martin) and this makes it quiter and perfect to relax and sleep well after a long day in the mountains.
