Summary: Ok Hotel - with good Wellness offer but the facilities are not separated from pool & kids (quiet room is rather a transit for pool guests)

Summary: Our family stayed there for a week for a skiing trip and our time was amazing! The breakfast buffet was varied and the omelettes were delicious. All the staff from the cleaners to receptionist and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms have beautiful view to the mountains and the location is perfect, so close to the Steinplatte and other ski resorts. We’ll be coming back! Thank you 😊

Summary: Very nice but the cows 🐄 smells are everywhere, however, you get used to it few hours from check in.

Summary: - The common areas of the hotel seem to have been recently renovated are welcoming, however the rooms have not been updated and are very tired. The bathroom was old and quite cramped. The bed was not very comfortable. On the plus side our room had a nice balcony. However for the amount we were charged per night the room was disappointing. - We had a half-board package including breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great. On the nights we were there the dinner was buffet-style. Lots of salads but not much choice of hot food, with a very poor choice for vegetarians. - The cow theme is throughout the hotel and grounds.

Summary: Been here a 4 times & return as like hotel &ski area There was 6 in the group we all really enjoyed hotel & fantastic food but found evening service very very slow to be served drinks & food also getting orders wrong on several occasions!! We heard & see other family’s complaining about this too !!!
