Positive: Very well equipped - nice touch was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. Good wifi, TV, shower, comfy bed with 2 pillows, effective heating and excellent local information. Property very clean and good towels were provided Heated towel rail much appreciated Very quiet, lovely rural location near to Berkhampsted and Tring Would be great for walking holiday although we were there to visit a friend in Watford General Hospital which was an easy drive away Super, private, outdoor area with seating and BBQ but we hit a wet week so couldn't take advantage of that Would love to go back one day

Negative: Only because we are older we found the sofa was rather low and soft - propably not a problem for the younger more agile guest!

Summary: Warm, spacious, modern and well equipped holiday accommodation in beautiful rural location

Positive: Just the peace and quiet it brought us, it's such a clean beautiful place and conveniently near whipsnade zoo, it's a very well kept, the shower is by far the best I've come across in a long time, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen serves it's purpose well and is very nice. It's a beautiful place for a couple to get away and have a moment to themselves. We will use again for sure

Negative: My only small negative is, the net curtains that cover the windows, id prefer something a bit more private as although your unlikely to have anyone walk past, you can see right through them from the outside at night, that's a small negative though as the place is on its own and unlikely anyone will walk past. The other thing was, I struggled with my back and knees to get up off the sofa, it's very low to the ground, nice and comfortable whilst on it, but it's nearly on the floor. And I personally struggled getting up.

Positive: AMAZING!!! I would love to live in this wonderful place, so tranquil and peaceful. Exceptional facilities, everything you need and more. The bed and pillows were top of the range, so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Thank you to the hosts for being responsive and flexible with check in times. Would recommend and stay again.

Negative: Bathroom door very hard to open due to closer - surprised this hadn't already been addressed.

Positive: Absolutely everything you need and nothing you don’t. It was, in short, perfect. The host was very kind and the place is just right. I was there during the terrible heat wave and it is such an airy place that it really wasn’t bad at all. Be sure to take some time out on the lawn on a clear night. Great stargazing. I cannot say enough about the place.

Negative: Nothing at all. Really. One thing to note: the gravel drive might be a bit of a challenge for some guests with mobility issues, it is very deep gravel if that makes sense. Not a complaint at all, just worth mentioning.

Summary: Truly exceptional. Would that all hosts were as good as the Kub hosts.
