Positive: This place is very nice and great value for money. My room was kept clean and had bottled water topped up everyday. The staff were lovely and so was their food. The environment is breathtaking , I really enjoyed my stay.

Negative: My only point would be town is not walking distance although there shuttle really helped. There’s also lots of bugs so would be nice if they had lemongrass incense around the dinning area.

Positive: Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the location. It is about 6km from the center of Pai, in the middle of farmland, looking over cornfields and palm trees. The kitchen prepared very nice breakfasts/dinners and very reasonably priced. They have a shuttle service into town at only 40 baht per person as well as free parking for people that rent scooters/cars. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day of exploring. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Excellent value.

Negative: We got a few bug bites while lounging on our porch at night. My advice would be to bring insect replent.

Positive: There were lovely views around and plenty of places to sit and enjoy this. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Although shuttle service to and from Pai is offered at 40thb per person, which is a very good price compared to the local taxis. They also kindly arranged a taxi to Pai as we had to leave early in the morning which was 200thb. They nicely reset our room each day, turning down the bed, cleaning the room a bit and providing us with new water in the fridge each day, which is a nice additional touch. Their restaurant area is really nice and all the food we had was so nice and definitely good value for money.

Negative: The only notable thing is that their restaurant closes at 7pm, which seems quite early but understandable as the family needs time to enjoy their evening too. I think it could be open a bit later or the closing time could be noted in the booking information, which would be helpful to people if they are arriving later than the closing time.

Summary: Overall our stay was brilliant and we even ended up staying an extra day.

Positive: Beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing. My cottage was spacious and in such lovely surroundings. The staff are very kind and friendly. We didn't have transport but we could use the shuttle service to get us in and out of town quickly and easily. We enjoyed smoothies on the hammocks every morning. Highly recommend!

Negative: It's not in the town but it's within walking distance to Pai Canyon which is well worth a visit. We didn't mind as we chilled by the pool every morning and then the shuttle took us into town. At night we could sleep soundly in the quiet surroundings.

Positive: Stunning little resort on the outskirts of Pai town. Beautiful surroundings. Pool and hammock areas are perfect for relaxing for a few hours before venturing out. The location is quite far from the town but the owners will happily drive you back and forth for a very small fee. Perfect accommodation if you want a quiet and beautiful setting. Rooms are large and comfortable with good ac and excellent bathroom facilities.

Negative: Nothing. But if you want to go to town every evening and don't have your own transport you might feel a little too far away from the action.
