Negative: All staff were very kind but it took a long time to get requested items. Also wine selection can be improved for future customers who may want them.

Positive: Free shuttle between ferry and the resort makes it very convenient. Very friendly, helpful staffs and peaceful quiet environment make the stay very enjoyable. Loved the seaview at Ombak.

Negative: Limited activities for long stay. Board games are not available when requested. Pity that they also stopped the free shuttle to the shopping mall.
