Positive: Everything. We have been to Kefalonia many times but this has to be one of the best houses so far. It was very good equiped and very clean. Beach is few mins away with the car. Plenty of tavernas nearby. Owners are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Negative: Only thing I didn't like is shower it is too small but that seems like a general problem, many places just have smaller showers.

Positive: The location, the size of the unit was perfect for our family. I especially love the outdoor shower and the garden and trees around the home. It was a beautiful little house perfect for our family of two adults and two young children. Nancy the host was extremely kind and welcoming. There were many fresh local foods and wines ets available to us in the home when we arrived.

Negative: There is nothing I didn't like about the home.

Positive: Owner Nancy is very nice, careful and kind person. She offered vegetable from the garden and she had some basic food ready for us. All house was perfectly clean. In the kitchen were all you can need, also owen, freezer, all kitchen staf in the good condition. Calm place, close to the road, but only few cars during a day. Big terace, nice garden, no mess. Beautifull beach 800m.

Negative: Outside of the house there are aprx 15 cats, they are everywhere, mainly on the table and chairs.

Positive: I spent two wonderful weeks in this house. We are a family with 3 children and we all felt very well. Nancy is an extraordinary and kind host, she was careful not to miss anything, she came every 3 days for cleaning. When we arrived we found vegetables from his garden in the fridge and he often brought us small tasty snacks. We really liked the yard, which is very beautiful, with olive trees, bougainvillea, leander, a ficus, vine and vegetable garden. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, you can hear cicadas during the day and crickets at night. The children were very excited that they had somewhere to run and play. A tree house is set up for small children. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. And the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. What I really liked is the fact that the beds had many pillows and were very comfortable. We all slept very well. We were sorry that the two weeks passed too quickly and we are already thinking of coming back here in the following years.

Positive: Beautiful surroundings with vines, olive trees and a big allotment area where you could help yourself to the produce. Lovely and quiet, even with half a dozen cats and a dog outside. Felt wonderfully rustic yet close to beaches and Lixouri about 10 mins away. Great communication from the host

Positive: This is a real hidden gem. If you like nature, peace and animals (cats and friendly dog which are looked after by the owners) this is a place for you. The house is situated in the real Greek countryside, surrounded by olive trees and garden. No other houses around, no busy roads or noise. The space is sparkling clean, extremely comfortable and have all necessary equipment. And if you miss city life - reasonable size town is only 8 minutes drive away. Nancy is very helpful, attentive and the kindest host ever. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to try vegetables from the garden and her delicious home made olive oil. This place is definitely worth visiting. If we are around in the future we would love to stay here again!

Positive: Nancy was there to welcome us, she is very friendly. Good communication, if you have questions or need something she is quick to respond. We had a few requests, nothing is too much trouble for her. She gave us tasty vegetables, fruit and wine and we enjoyed all these local products! The house is surrounded by beautiful flowering plants. In short, highly recommended
