Positive: Room very nicely decorated as well as whole house. Big garden suitable for dogs. Breakfast excellent- big choice. Lady who served breakfast was lovely. Tea and coffee and fridge available the whole day in breakfast area. Podkowa Lesna nice, small town, very green. Trains to Warsaw available but more independent with car.

Negative: renovation works started at end of stay so we were not affected too much. Arm chair in room needs to be replaced, very old.

Positive: Lovely breakfast, comfy beds, lovely big bedroom

Negative: The blinds didn't close properly so very bright in the mornings, outside area closed as doing works so hot tub and sauna not available.

Positive: I will definitely come again, because I really liked it. Room was clean, staff was amazing and helpful, quiet neighbour and tasty breakfast for a good price. I recommend this hotel if you want to relax and stay away from big crowds.
