Summary: The location and oceanfront room worked out great. The food options were wonderful and the all-inclusive related mean all inclusive.

Summary: Overall, spend a lil more money elsewhere folks. The highlight of the property was that the staff was friendly (always greeted good morning and good evening no matter what the circumstances, and it's clear they are trained to respond with "it's a pleasure" after assisting customers). I think it's one of the more budget friendly "resorts" in the area, however for most people it can still be a lot of money spent, and I don't think it's worth it. Otherwise, the pool is nice, and the clientele appears to be local families and there was no drama. The rooms are dated, restaurant hours are not consistent, and quality of food is just ok. Our hotel room did not have any bath towels provided, did not have a working in-room telephone nor were we asked if we wanted one, therefore for most of day 1-2, I relied on the express service via WhatsApp. Various parts of the resort smelled of deep sewage water. Our room 4427, reeked in the restroom of deep water sewage. Check-in staff rushed our check-in; didn't bother to give us our separate keycards for towels, didn't tell us about the separate site that is their one-stop shop of daily bulletins and restaurant info - on day 2 we found out thru the express service via WhatsApp.

Summary: The food wasn’t all that good. The times the restaurants were open did not work during the day or stay for my family. Most restaurants did not open till late in the evening. The food was basic. The portions okay. The customer service was good. Omar and Gabriel are very nice and helpful.

Summary: The Krystal Grand is in a gorgeous spot, the wide stretch of beach so clean and close is breathtaking. The resort is a good size that it doesn’t a long time to get to everything you need. The specialty restaurants are wonderful, with a Mexican, Italian, Asian and a steakhouse all in gorgeous locations. Loved our room. Lovely and big with a gorgeous view. A great experience at check in with the Expedia staff, Gabriel and Omah!! They even took care of our teppanyaki reservation. Very family friendly but the plus for us is the separate pool for 21+ with the swim up bar. Truly paradise. Great location to walk to surf spots. No swimming along the beach as it is too dangerous. Recommend the Italian restaurant! And the theme night buffets were a real touch of traditional Mexico. The Mexican bbq and even the young man making the churros from scratch. You don’t get this experience often at other resorts in Cabo. Lilia at the buffet was so friendly and smiling always too. My only downside is there is really no where to leave your wet clothes to dry.

Summary: I do not know how this property has such a high rating on Expedia. The dining options are terrible and I mean TERRIBLE!!! We spent most of our time away from the resort. There is a beach but you can’t get in the water. The adult drinks are nothing to write home about. I’m pretty sure they water down their alcohol. For the most part the staff were very nice and tried hard. Do not waste your money on this place!!! Our room was clean and the grounds have some pretty plants and flowers but the whole property needs a deep clean and updated! Also, this is the first time I’ve left a bad review on Expedia. That’s how terrible this place is!!

Summary: This property is medium sized, you can easily get to the pools and restaurants. This property had a japanese restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a grill restaurant, a general buffet, a coffee shop and pool side shack. A pool bar is only available at the adult only pool. The property had several activities plan through the day, from archery by the beach to aquaerobics and Latin night, these where all fun. The good and the bad you should know about: Restaurants -short staffed, long waits to enter every restaurant except the general buffet. -food is not great, lacks flavor, have been to many all inclusive, this has the worst desserts and the least tasty food. -staff is tired so they can be pretty cold customer service wise. - breakfast service is short in desert/coffee spoons so you can only get them upon request... They are short staffed so your food gets cold by the time you get them. - buffets are short of serving utensils, think 3 serving spoons or spatulas for 6 desserts... It becomes a mess, at some point i even do people having to grab the fruit with their hands! -cleanliness is just ok Activities - i didn't see any activities start at the listed time, this was disappointing but at least the staff was very very nice. Reception staff - Are not happy if you try to change money for tips, you are told at check in that the front desk can provide you with change, but when you go they clearly don't want to do that. Housekeeping - the housekeepers are so kind.

Summary: Overall our stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was good, not the best. We had a personal butler named Claudio that we had access to to reserve restaurant bookings, questions about resort activities and events and he was great. Our room was in the altitude tower as VIP guest which was amazing. We had ocean front room, looking out to the vast Pacific Ocean. Our complaints were the bathroom flush pressure was low and asked them to fix but it didnt really help. Restaurant service was poor at majority of the offerings except the Italian place. The food was delayed and waiter did not come to our table to check on us.
