A major convenience is having Rudds Pizza located on the ground floor, making it easy to grab food whenever needed. Additionally, the apartment offers a dedicated parking space in the basement, which is very useful if you're traveling by car. Note: Google Maps incorrectly shows a longer walking route from this apartment to Český Krumlov Old Town. In reality, there is a pedestrian path along the main road, and the walk takes only about 10–15 minutes.
