Positive: Alexis is a top class conscientious, friendly, efficient host. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and cosy., Check in was flexible and easy. The location is 2 minutes walk from Solidor bay and the GR34. Plenty of free local parking was available. The accommodation is newly refurbished ,tastefully decorated and with all the necessary furniture and equipment for a great stay. Many thanks Alexis. We hope to return.

Positive: The house is located 50m away from the Quai Solidor in a very nice area of Saint-Malo. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. The host, Alexis, was very helpful, proactive and flexible with our stay, suggesting a couple of ideas for visiting and places to eat (and take our laundry!)

Negative: Nothing to be mentioned

Positive: The studio was very nice and comfortable for our family of three. It was very well appointed with everything we needed, easy free parking in the area, the host left us a binder with very useful info regarding the attractions of the area, nearby shops, practical info. Saint Malo and the surrounding are are just spectacular, we enjoyed every single day full of activities and the refreshing rest every night in the cozy apartment. We hope to be back soon!

Positive: Super modern, fully equiped and decorated small appartment, 10 mins away from the intra muros st malo, 2 mins away from the beach and 7 mins walking to bakeries, shops and laundry mat. Really awesome hosts, available to help and pleasant to speak to. I would go back anytime.
