Positive: The spa and location was great. The spa in particular was amazing, once you managed to escape the wardrobe.

Negative: A filthy wardrobe for the spa (clogged toilet etc), and many small inconveniences that made the luxurious experience lackluster. Missing shoe horn, sweeteners, tea selection, a blanket of some sort for the coldish suite and a better selection of (vegan and allergy friendly)food for the slightly outrageous pricing.

Summary: Had a great time, despite this review.

Positive: Big and comfortable beds and rooms.

Negative: Only our apartment didnt had the hanging chair...All others had...(our was room 619) There was some excessive noise few times per day where all the walls were vibrating... And we didnt got the baby crib as we have pre-ordered.
