Positive: The place is like a dormitory 4 levels high without lifts in a U shape design block . The room is as advertised in the pictures with aircon and an attached bathroom which is outside of the room access via the balcony which has a curtain for you to draw to screen off the balcony from outside. Room was newly renovated and they are in the process of renovating some other rooms to be air conditioned, clean towels , bottles of mineral water , TV has local channels , instant water heater , shampoo and shower cream , has a fridge , microwave , kettle , all in all most appliances are pretty new and place is clean . Wifi works and price is very competitive . Tenants living there are also considerate , no loud noises after 11/12 midnight . Few mins walk away there’s a 7 eleven , and if you are solo Grabbike is just a dollar or two away to the BTS station or bang kapi shopping malls . Reception personnel are very friendly and polite .

Summary: Recommend will consider to stay again if in that area .
