Summary: Lovely friendly place to stay, great location with supermarket and superb bakery on our doorstep and 30 mins walk into Poros town. George was a perfect host.

Summary: Very comfortable, modern place with a pool a 10 minute scooter ride from the main town on Poros. There is a great bakery steps away....also grocery store and several dining options nearby.

Summary: Met and shown around our room. Great location. Outside of Poros Harbour - 20 min walk. Good supermarket, bakery and several restaurants in walking distance. Pool very clean and good seating. Highly recommend for a few days stay.

Summary: Loved our relaxing stay at Kotsis Villas / hotel after several days of travelling . Nearby supermarket and bakery makes self catering easy . Hotel is situated a short cab ride from the port in a quiet area , close enough for a swim in the sea and then relax by the pool . House rules ensure that there’s no noise after 8 pm which suited us oldies . Great place to relax and catch your breath when travelling .

Summary: Our stay at Kostis Villas was wonderful from start to finish, and we owe much of that to Mr. George. **Communication:** George provided clear directions to the property and all the necessary information before our check-in, making our arrival seamless. **Transportation Assistance:** He also kindly arranged a taxi for us from the port to the property, which was greatly appreciated. **Warm Welcome:** Upon arrival, George personally walked us to our room and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. **Room Quality:** The room was lovely, featuring a kitchenette and was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. **Amenities:** The villa’s pool was sparkling clean and beautiful, adding extra enjoyment to our stay. **Location:** Kostis Villas is at a walkable distance from the center of Poros, where you can find an array of delightful restaurants and bars. Overall, Mr. George made our stay very pleasant to the last minute with his attentiveness and kindness. Highly recommend!
