Positive: Beautiful modern hotel with breathtaking views and an excellent location close to the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the elevator system made it very easy to access every part of the hotel, including the seaside areas. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and much quieter than many other hotels in Turkey, which made it perfect for relaxation. The staff were truly exceptional. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and bar staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. Special thanks to Hatice Hanım from the management team for being so kind, solution-oriented, and thoughtful. We also loved Şerife at the lobby bar, who always served guests with patience and a smile despite the heavy workload, and Bedriye from the spa team, who was extremely kind and helpful. The spa services were very enjoyable, and we were happy with the Welcome Package.
Negative: The outdoor pool was beautiful, but unfortunately the water was extremely cold during our stay in late May, and because of the windy weather we could barely use it. A heating system would make a huge difference. The hotel is more designed for adults and older guests than families with children. There were no water slides, animation activities, or music around the pool area, and food options for children were limited. My daughter sometimes struggled to find food she enjoyed, especially during lunch and dinner. I also wish there had been more pastry and nut options at breakfast. The rooms only had electric kettles and no capsule coffee machines. In the city-view room, traffic noise could be disturbing when the balcony door was open. We were also disappointed that the padel court required an extra fee, as this had not been clearly explained beforehand.

Positive: Thank you so much - had a wonderful experience. The room was modern and very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing. The beach / pool and facilities were a dream. And the service was impeccable. For a mum coming with her two daughters who had both just had surgery, it was perfect! Thank you again

Positive: We booked the all inclusive option and we were very pleased with the food, drinks and service. The dinner buffet was very good and the snack bar options were great as well. The staff were all very pleasant. We really appreciated the lovely fruit plate the hotel surprised us with for my husband’s birthday. The room was a little dated but clean and we liked the hard flooring. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit worn but the water pressure in the shower was great and the counter space was much appreciated after some smaller bathrooms in previous hotels. We had an ocean view room on the 3rd floor and enjoyed the view. The weather was not great during our 3 day stay but I tried snorkelling on one day and enjoyed the beautiful bay. The pool isn’t heated and because it was cooler and cloudy while we were there we didn’t use it.
Negative: The interior hallways were dated and the carpet older.

Positive: Overall, we had a pleasant stay and genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The staff service stood out as a highlight – everyone was friendly, professional, and very attentive. When we arrived, we were initially given a room with two separate beds instead of the French bed we had requested. However, the staff resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. That said, the hotel itself doesn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard. The entire property could benefit from a full renovation, as the furniture and décor are quite outdated. Another letdown was the evening entertainment, which was poorly organized and not enjoyable at all. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was still good, and I do feel that the stay was worth the money. With some updates, this hotel could truly deliver a top-tier experience.
