Summary: The rooms are surprisingly small by Thai standards as they try to cram in as many rooms as possible with paper thin walls. The breakfast is expensive for what you get. The service is probably the main reason I gave this rating. The check in took more than 20 minutes, the staff did not offer to help with bags. What was the icing on the cake was the check out which consisted of being pressured to vacate the room earlier than the actual. Heck out time so they have time to check the room. This led to me awkwardly sitting for 35 minutes waiting for them.

Summary: Property is new and rooms are luxurious but the hallways aren’t air conditioned, some menu items we ordered and they brought out the food and it was missing items. Property isn’t really close to any eating or activities and they do not offer transportation anywhere. Staff is friendly and could see the area growing in 5-10 years.

Summary: The perfect retreat for couples in love! Very nice, new hotel that is right next to a beautiful, quiet beach, away from the hustle and bustle you normally expect in Phucket. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were great, but service was a bit slow.

Summary: I had an amazing time here, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The beach is right outside the resort so that was beautiful, the resort was very clean and there were pools everywhere I loved it. Definitely will come back!
