Positive: The place was little away from town but all other aspects related to stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helping and the location of stay was amazing . You can wake up with view of sunrise. And the best part is and main reason why chose this place was it was very pocket friendly. I hope they maintain this pricing and upkeep.

Negative: The roads leading to stay could be fixed a bit.

Positive: the caretaker service and the food was nice. the location of the villa is nice. the room sizes are quiet big.

Negative: the property was not maintained properly exteriors and Interiors, specially the SOFA , Beds, Quilts . It could have been more hygienic.

Positive: Great location with an amazing view, across the valley, a few miles out of Mahabaleshwar, with Baghdad Point (with more awesome views) just 3km down the road. Kashinath the caretaker and his wife will make you anything you want for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus there's a pool.
