Positive: Good location Good breakfast Good staff

Negative: My daughter got burned very badly with hot water in the breakfast room and the staff didn’t really try to help A lady did come over eventually that saw not sure if she worked in the hotel but did know what to do

Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to assist us. Hotel is very close to a bus stop if you don't have your own transport.

Negative: Price didn't include breakfast. It would have been nice to have a kettle / coffee facilities in the room.

Summary: Unlike any of our previous hotels in Italy, the staff at this hotel went out of their way to assist.
