Summary: Overall the stay at the house was perfect. Location was awesome nice quiet area. Only negative thing I would say is there was no air conditioning, although there wwre fans provided, it was still quite hot. But we enjoyed the pool just about every day to keep cool

Summary: The thing that stuck out the most was the property had many detailed amenities to assist our family with cooking and cleaning. Which helped us tremendously with family breakfast lunch and dinners. The location was great and we would surely return if we needed to be back in the area again.

Summary: This house is perfect for a large group. There is plenty of space inside and out. We especially enjoyed the outside amenities and the view. The suite with the best ocean could use some updating in the bathroom and check the water temperature in there. Even though we followed the quiet time rules some neighbors weren’t happy with us. I would happily stay there again.

Summary: We loved the property. This is great for a a large group as there are four private suites each with their own bathrooms and cool outdoor showers. We loved the large sliding glass door that let you feel outside while inside. There were also a lot of thoughtful amenities and nice small touches in the rooms that made the stay great. One note, this property is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, when you stay, be sure to plan for insects like mosquitos, birds chirping and local wildlife it is all part of the nature.

Summary: My family joined my sister's family for a long week during July 4th week. The neighborhood was very quiet and in gated community - tennis court was not available for use and there are quiet hours after 9 pm. The layout of the house - with separate bedroom suites and lots of lounging areas (both shaded and unshaded), the pool, hot tub and outdoor grill was a definite plus! The included beach towels, chairs, and pool stuff was nice. There was ample kitchen and cleaning supplies (bring your own toiletries and some paper napkins/towels/toilet tissue). Other guests left us condiments and spices. The space was well kept and clean, though furnishings were a bit dated. Our beds were very comfortable. The evenings were cool even without AC (there are fans in the room, but we didn't really even need them). Our alarm kept beeping - we had to shut off manually every 12 hours. Lots of mosquitos (on cool still nights) so the included bug spray was helpful. The front door lock was tricky to open and close. Overall a great place for two families to hang out and enjoy as a place to relax, hang, make some meals together and serve as a landing spot for different tours throughout the island. Would recommend!

Summary: We had 4 couples attend our sibling reunion and it was great that we didn't have to draw straws for the rooms. The common area and pool area were very nice. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking pots/pans/utensils and there were spices and things left from past guests. The frogs and birds serenaded us in the morning and evening. Very easy to go to sleep with. All in all a great trip.

Summary: We had an incredible stay at Hale Pinao! The pictures on the listing don't quite do this place justice. It is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a large group. The communal space has a nice kitchen as well as two large tables to gather around for meals and games. The outdoor space is tropical, serene, and very private. Our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day and we lit the tiki torches at night. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet. It feels like you are in the country, but town and beaches are just a 10-15 minute drive away. I highly recommend this space and look forward to staying here again!!
