Positive: We had a great time in a super modern and peaceful house, just minutes from the beach and Volos center. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and easy — highly recommended: The place looks very new, probably no more than 2 years old Modern and stylish interior design Not just for couples – has multiple rooms, good for families or groups Bathrooms are big, even the downstairs ones have proper showers Fully equipped kitchen, you can actually cook real meals Nice outdoor area with a beautiful pool Super quiet – no noise from the road or neighbors Walking distance to the beach Very close to the center of Volos – you can even order delivery from the city Strong and stable Wi-Fi, different networks on each floor so you always have signal

Positive: The villa is very nice and clean. Every thing was new and comfortable.

Negative: The area wasn’t so nice. In our last day there was a water cutoff for half a day and there were construction noises all day long. Its not the host fault but i feel they could find a way compensate us.

Positive: Wonderful roomy villa, with exceptional amenities, big balconies, and a very welcoming atmosphere. There are three bathrooms and a modern kitchen that is well equipped to cook meals every day if you like. We enjoyed spending time in the villa so much that we hardly went out. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could take our pets with us and spend time with them in the garden while we were in the swimming pool. We will definitely come back as it is a place where someone can truly relax and feel like he/she is at home!

Negative: The location of the villa is a bit problematic. Although walking distance from the seaside and the few shops available, it offers little in terms of view. There was a nearby house being built so there was noise but this is temporary. The swimming pool is rather small but it was fine for three people to escape the heat. We would appreciate having cleaning service at least once over the 5 days that we stayed there.
