Positive: The house was perfect for a stay with 5 friends! Comfortable beds and enough space to sit and relax. The terrace and the garden was the best. We enjoyed the sun while having a barbecue. It's located on the edge of a small town. Shops and restaurants are in the towns nearby, which you can easily reach by bike or car. If you want to cook by yourself, you find a very well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend KoksenCo for a relaxing stay!

Negative: There were just two little things: The toilet is quite small and next to the dining table, which might lead to uncomfortable situations. ;) And I would have expected to find some oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen as basic equipment. There was no oil and just a very little salt. But both of it didn't really bother our stay. We would definitly stay here again. :)

Positive: Lovely accommodation and fully equipped (kitchen, towels etc). Very accommodating, provided a baby cot and highchair. Great location for visiting Zooparc Overloon.

Negative: Power had been off so the electric heating didn't come on upstairs. This meant it was very cold the first night (baby monitor stopped measuring below 10°C). Host responded quickly and this was improved the following night. Heaters don't warm up the rooms very well, as mentioned in previous reviews, it got a bit chilly upstairs at night. Also, description says continental breakfast is available but that was never mentioned/provided.
