Summary: Rooms are clean and comfortable though rural rustic in some amenities (bucket assistance for toilet flush). However, long standing traditions provide great cook for restaurant, lots of service, good recommendation for private tours.

Summary: Decent size room and bathroom. Nice pool and garden area. Friendly and helpful staff. Big shoutout to the cleaning staff who cleaned up after our daughter had a bout of food poisoning one night (not from hotel food). Easy to walk to lots of local eateries or tricycles readily available outside.

Summary: This was a great place to stay. Roosters and motorcycles were noisy but the beautiful gardens made up for it. My only complaint was lack of hot water and water pressure.

Summary: Great stay at the Kokosnuss resort. The place is quite strange, Salvador Dali’s style but it’s really peaceful. This is not the newest place in Coron but if you’re looking for something different from a classic resort, go for it. And about people complaining about animal noises, guess what, this is Philippines!

Summary: A needed and pleasant upgrade from previous lodging. The small bungalow was just right. Only remarks would be that Wi-Fi was only available at the check in area and occasional dog barking from the property next door, but everything else was outstanding.
