Summary: This hotel is located at second floow which is not convenience if you carry luggages (no life). Also, there is not parking space in front of hotel. The worst thing is so called "large pool" that is crowded. My wife was waiting for a moment.

Summary: Good experience all around. This may have been a mistake on my part, but we were given a smoking room and not a non-smoking room. It took a few sprays of the included air freshener, but the room smelled fine after that. Very nice bathroom. Accommodating staff; they made us massage reservations for a location next door, at our request.

Summary: My second time here. Discovered they have a model-building room with airbrushes and spray booths in their lounge! Plastic model sprue themed signage. Shizuoka is the Model City of the world afterall. I come for all the big brands. Perfect place to stay.

Summary: Great hotel with great amenities including the free drink bar. Shopping around the hotel was amazing and was able to walk everywhere so it was nice and convenient!
