Positive: Koklas was beautiful! Stunning views with a less than minute walk to the beach. Teresa was lovely and explained everything on a little tour when we arrived. There was a little station that we could help ourselves too which had alot of homegrown fruits or olives with wine too which was so accommodating. We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back!
Negative: Nothing. Everything was brilliant.
Summary: Loved it

Positive: We loved the location, beautiful views over the sea, there were plenty of comfortable chairs to take in the view. Our room was spotless. We had the most wonderful welcome from Tereza who explained about the free olive oil, wine and olives she had left a bottle of Olive Oil in the apartment but we were told that bottle was to take home with us and to use the free oil outside.
Negative: Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Positive: This is one of the best places to stay in Zakynthos, whether you’re visiting as a couple or with family. The ambiance is truly special—calm, quiet, and with a beautiful resort-like feel that’s hard to describe. Theresa and Antonio are exceptional hosts. From the moment you arrive, they welcome you with warmth, like family. My flight was delayed and we reached the property around 11:30 PM, but Theresa stayed up, responded to all my messages, and greeted us with genuine care. I initially booked through Booking.com, but later found her website and emailed her requesting a room with a great view for our anniversary. She went above and beyond and gave us the best room. The room was thoughtfully prepared with little things you might forget but need—like an umbrella and a small first-aid kit. The property is very clean, beautifully maintained, and decorated with unique, handmade touches. The welcome gift, including homemade olive oil and marmalade, was a lovely surprise. On top of that, guests can enjoy complimentary wine, olive oil, and lemonade, all self-serve. There’s plenty of parking available within their olive grove, and the location is very convenient. Within a 2–5 minute walk, you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the bay for boat trips and Cameo Island. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Zakynthos. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you, Theresa, for taking such wonderful care of us.

Positive: The studio was wonderful, everything had been catered for, even a first aid box should you require it. The studio was tastefully decorated with lovely furnishings and the view was amazing. The grounds were comfortable and it was very easy to relax. Theresa was the perfect hostess, giving us lovely homemade goodies, including marmalade (delicious with Greek yoghurt), olive oil, soap and chai. She also invited us to use her garden and help ourselves to greens, onions, lemons, olives, vinegar. All this made for a fabulous Greek holiday - thank you
