Positive: Wonderful paradise in the middle of nowhere - exactly what we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Most welcoming staff, excellent facilities, lots of activities, comfortable beds, lovely food and the list goes on...

Negative: The "road" there - specifically when you are coming from the Esst via R400 can be quite rough depending on your vehicle. Much less of an issue coming from the West.

Summary: Hiddem gem and 100% would recommend!

Positive: KOEDOESKOP is an absolute gem! Our experience was incredible! From the moment we arrived, the welcome, helpfulness,friendliness, kindness, and professional manner in which Nicky and her team cared for us was an A+ experience! Our accommodation was perfect, with so much thoughtfulness to 'the little things'. We were truly spoilt by the high standard of service that we received. Our game drive with Niel and Patrick was truly memorable! Excellent guides and beautiful viewing. Bianca and her colleagues were super sweet and so caring. Thank you for making our visit with our Canadian friends truly remarkable!

Negative: Maybe additional fans on the patio and interior of the lodge. I really have to think hard on any improvements.

Positive: Already at the welcome the whole team was there for a warm reception. During my whole stay the service was frist-class and full of awareness. Also with my special diet everything was great. The meals where quite much and deliciuos - and you can always step into the kitchen for a talk. The equipment was more then complete and the pool had a wonderful temperature. The surrounding is just incredible and also the game drive was astonishing! As this is Southafrica and a a "bit" abroad it is clear that there is no highway until the gardendoor - but it is very good reachable.

Positive: Lovely place with lots of special touches. We only stayed overnight, but we're treated like royalty. Exceptional staff. Lovely dinner, we will definitely stay longer next time and explore the 4x4 game routes

Positive: Excellent accommodation and breakfast, Host worked extremely hard to provide comfort/food, other staff also very good. Remoteness, need to inform host to prepare meal orders.

Negative: Expected more wildlife, given long walk through gorge - infrequent culling seems to impacted their approachability. Still vistas were spectacular. Gravel road in to property long and rough.
