Positive: The contact person was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated.
Negative: The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The baseboards were covered in dust that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, and the floors were in a similar condition. Overall, the lack of proper cleaning was quite disappointing. Additionally, the bedside tables were cracked, and since they were made of glass, this felt unsafe, especially for children.
