Summary: Wonderful property on a beautiful location! Enjoyed everything we took part-in - the room, the grounds, the pool, etc. (did not dine on the property or use the spa). The staff was friendly and helpful. Superb experience.

Summary: We were upgraded to an ocean view room. Spectacular! Super quiet, comfortable bed, excellent shower and great Nespresso! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Had great dinner recommendations from our valet. Walking distance to shopping and eating. Don’t miss a dinner or breakfast at Red Salt. Short drive to other eating and shopping.

Summary: The resort was very clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The service to the room was extraordinary. The landscaping was lush and gorgeous. However, the resort was not very large. The pool was small and the lounge chairs were always occupied. We barely got a chance to sit poolside. The access to the beach was blocked because of high tide. The food and beverage prices were above what we would like to pay. It seems that most people, including us, went off property for meals. The staff were, friendly, helpful and courteous. The lei greetings and complimentary bottle of wine was a special touch. It would be nice if an alternative, such as a voucher for the gift shop etc.)to the wine was offered, as we are not alcohol drinkers.

Summary: This was our second trip to the Koa Kea. We love this hotel for the location/value, we love that it is on the smaller side without a ton of small kids, we love kids and have our own but on a couples getaway this is the place to be. Rooms feel high quality and comfortable. We ate there multiple times and really liked the food both at Red Salt and the Pool Bar-try the Pina Colada (dairy free and so amazing!), hurricane fries, poke bowl, açaí bowl. Staff was great! We had a fantastic couples massage at the spa there as well. My only very, very small complaints are that the jets could be stronger in the jacuzzi and the gym was not air conditioned on two of the mornings we went in but it seemed to be fixed towards the end of the trip. For a couples getaway this place is awesome!!

Summary: This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS

Summary: I have nothing negative to say about our experience and stay at Ko’a Kea resort. The bellman was so helpful on great things to do on the island. The servers at the restaurant were always so friendly. The location is perfect, right by the beach but not overly crowded. It’s super close to see the sea turtles in the late afternoon/evening. They offer complimentary yoga classes each morning and the setting was lovely, right in front of the beach/ocean. I got a massage and chose the beach setting…it was magical and the therapist was lovely. Lastly, we requested a late check out, however they were not able to accommodate us. But they did have a hospitality room that we could use for one hour to clean up and get ready for our late evening flight back to the mainland at no additional cost. I 1000% recommend this resort!
