Positive: Alex and his brother and fathers are incredible nice people. The room was of good size. The bed was big and very comfortable. The balcony had a fantastic view over the sea. The location is close to the small center. A very good bakery less than 100 meter. Under the apartment is a restaurant also owned by the same family . We had 2 pizzas and they were both very tastefull. It is always the people who make the difference and that is 100 % true for this place.

Negative: Nothing we did not like. There is some construction work going on but it did not bother is. There was some water flooding in the bathroom but it will be fixed

Positive: Alex does not only *behave* friendly, he *is* very friendly. The same applies for the other people of the hotel, such as Alex's father, who helped us with the laundry machine. The hotel also has a pizzeria. We got one for free. It was excellent. The balcony was very nice to sit on. It has a nice view over mountains and sea.

Negative: The hotel is currently being renovated. You can already see that it will get beautiful. On the other hand, this is the reason that I had to be honest and give some ratings less than an A.
