Positive: Friendly welcome, beautiful location right on top of the moor out of Warland near Todmorden. Character cottage, small but comfortable and homely. You cross the Rochdale canal to access the farm track up to the cottage, very picturesque and access to good walks.

Negative: Farm track up to the property is rough gravel and lots of large potholes, travel very slowly! Microwave oven, air fryer and portable hob only, small kitchen space.

Summary: Peaceful, felt like we were on top of the world.

Positive: The cottage is really nice and comfy. I had everything I needed. The plumbing is a little noisy but everything works perfectly well. The road to get to the cottage may be challenging for new drivers. I liked it.

Positive: The location, the quirky arrangement of a small stone house and the view. So many thoughtful items left for us to use.

Negative: The shower although new was a bit tricky to work out but that is a very small point.
