Summary: Great stay, building is under renovations so it was a little messy at the time and there was no parking had to park on the road behind the building. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but I had over $100,000 worth of material in my vehicle which would’ve felt better if it was on site. It’s circumstantial I’m sure it’ll be better equipped when Reno’s are finished

Summary: Got there and tv wouldnt work, they did try their best but they couldnt get it working, everntually after approx 90 mins they did agree to move us to another room. Girl in charge was vert helpful and was accomodating. The other thing was there wasnt a coffee maker which was unusual as there nornally is one so we had nowhere at favikity to make a coffee, to get one meant driving approx 5 mins or so but in winter time you dont really want to be doing that. Bathroom was newly renovated so it was nice and clean, bath towels could have done with being bigger, just hand towels really. Overall it is a nice clean place, basic amenities.

Summary: Staff were friendly and accommodated put family of 4 and two dogs checking in early. They prepared a dog friendly room for us promptly. The rooms were very clean and nicely updated, however there is a strong smell of smoke in the rooms. We booked as it was advertised as family friendly, but as soon as we unpacked our bags and made our way into our rooms, other ‘guests’ of the motel were looking into our vehicle (we could see from the window). There are displaced people living at this motel, and some of whom seemed not in their best state of mind. While I understand it was a Saturday night, the level of noise in the hallways and outside the motel was awful. We had knocks at our door at 2am, people yelling at the tops of their lungs at 4am, and an endless number of full volume conversations happening in other guests doorways through the night. As you can imagine, this made it very hard to get any sleep, especially with two kids under 3 and the dogs being on guard all night. We would not return for these reasons, which is a shame.

Summary: Positive: The room was comfortable and well furnished. Negative: The shower had low water pressure. The TV and cable was hard to control or did not work most of the time. The internet did not work the first night. No breakfast at this hotel, even thought the booking said breakfast included. I will not return to stay at this hotel.
