Summary: Self check in (kiosk) was chaos. I had checked in online apparently successfully, I could even open my room door but sadly could not get near it as I had no access to the lift or stairs until I queued for 20 minutes behind the confused people at the kiosk for a physical key card. There was no one around to help anyone. Shame as the room and location were great

Summary: So easy to park and check in, there was a nice view of the mountains. There were really awesome rooms to study/work in on the first floor! Really all around great :)
