Summary: The rooms were fine, the location is good, and the breakfast was excellent. The proprietors we're a little uptight, but generally accommodating.

Summary: A well maintained and clean property. Excellent quality breakfast. Unfortunately it was cold in the bedroom and even slightly damp. I requested a portable heater but instead the central heating was switched on for a short time which was inadequate. Bathroom was a tight fit and the shower pressure was quite low

Summary: Friendly staff, great breakfast, I loved that we had a choice of full Irish, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or pancakes. The room was really large, bed was good and comfy. We could not get the heating to work, but kept the window closed to keep the room warmer. Shower pressure was not great, but adequate.

Summary: Nice play to stay in Waterville. Walking distance to great pubs and restaurants and the beach. Waterville is near the dark sky area in Kerry so we saw great stars on our walk home in the evening
