Positive: You are transported to a peaceful wonderworld of unique, beautiful, interesting decor when entering through the heavy Kliphuijs gates.

Negative: I did however sense a lack of attention to detail in housekeeping like ants in bathroom, torn bathmat, broken basin plug chain. Coffee mugs too large to fit under Nespresso machine spout Dinner (after a long day on the road) and breakfast also not to same standard as on previous visits. Strawberry sweetened yoghurt served with a syrupy chopped strawberry concoction at breakfast deserved to be mentioned...😒😒

Positive: A stylish, unique decor throughout. A delicious vegan dinner was enjoyed in the restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly. Communication with the hotel was efficient and prompt.

Negative: We are too tall for the bed length on offer, so despite the bed being firm and stable, our sleep was somewhat disturbed.
