Positive: We booked this to be a base for medical treatment at a nearby clinic, it was literally outside the tram stops needed, but as is on 3rd floor (has a good lift), the noise was minimal when in the flat, the beds were firm and very comfy, plenty of clean bedding, extra towels and cleaning stuff if needed. We also had our toddler with us, and the flat has a cotbed and bedding if needed, a potty which just made our lives so much easier. There was also a washing machine which we needed for our toddler a couple of times. Shower was great, no bath, balcony had a good barrier round it, but obviously never left toddler unattended here, we shut the curtains in the bedroom for the duration of our stay as the windows opened quite wide, so we didn't want to risk anything with those and a toddler. Everything needed to make a meal, large fridge and small freezer, oven and grill. Host happily answered questions if we had any, spoke good English, wifi was good, we didn't use the tv so can't comment on this. So easy to get anywhere from here and into the city.
Summary: Lovely, just what we needed, would stay again.
