Positive: I loved the pool and the compound was neat. Sharon was amazing, overall great customer service. Loved the security measures. No issues there. We were in walking distance of a plaza which was convenient.

Negative: Some of the complimentary tea items were sufficient for one person. E.g. sugar. Consider adding a bottle of water, as some persons are coming straight from the airport. Be a little transparent about breakfast. This will save your guests time and limit any inconvenience.

Positive: The communication was great when we needed to ask any questions. Room was clean location very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Negative: Mostly it’s pretty good, but they really need to cover reception 24/7. That’s the difference between a hotel room and an apartment or AirBnB suite.
