Positive: I was very pleasantly surprised with the room and rest of the house. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm and very welcoming after a long drive. I wish we’d stayed another day to see the immediate surroundings but it was a perfect place to rest for our trip

Positive: Absolutely superb place to relax, particularly like the shared lounge which is superb with stunning views and loads of space. Lovely food from the mini takeaway the owner runs next door. Would definitely stay again

Negative: Noisy fridge in room, next time I would turn it off overnight, but that’s a really minor point I could have sorted for myself if I’d realised

Positive: Beautiful location. The owner is wonderful - so helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Summary: The perfect place to stay having driven a good chunk of the NC500 including the Bealach na Ba pass. Highly recommended.

Positive: Nice room, with a beautiful sitting room, looking over the loch/fjord. Everything is there perfectly for breakfast etc. Mairi gave us a lovely piece of chocolate cake. She is a very good hostess!

Positive: Even though we arrived late, we were greeted very warmly by Mairi. The house is located directly at Loch Kishorn, which makes for a stunning view during breakfast. The room itself was cozy and very clean. The upper lounge room was our highlight, as it offered a great place to eat, rest and wind down after a long day's drive. We recommend this accommodation to everyone!
