Summary: Only the staff should be more familiar with options to visit the nearby national park. But the reception is helpful with providing customers with maps. My only problem is the room price.

Summary: Hot spring is very good, have several different onsens for women. Particularly good gor having weomen hours at 8-10pm for converting onsen for mixed gender unto women usage only.

Summary: A remote hotel with great service and hot spring! The environment is beautiful. Everything is more than my expectation.

Summary: the best dinner I have ever had in japan before and the environment is very memorable and unique. A senior staff presented the historical issue of the hotel and a light up moment highlighting the natural environment outside the restrauant before the dinner was served. Its a wonderful experience. Indeed the service, the onsen (hotspring) and food were of very high quality providing the customers a very enjoyable stay.
