Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The quality of the room was fantastic, of course the private onsen at the back of the room, with the fantastic view was the highlight, a real luxury stay. The staff were all incredibly hospitable and helpful, and spoke good English which we were not necessarily expecting based on other hotels we have stayed at. The communal areas of the hotel were very well presented and everything made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was brilliant, very generous amounts for both, and very high quality too.

Negative: really nothing - the only change I could suggest is notifying the menu for dinner at check-in, or before the start of the meal, so that any comments on allergies etc can be made in advance. This was not a problem for us as we just turned down the oyster course before it came, there was more than enough food even without this course!
