Summary: Greeted by Bill and given the tour of our room and the lounge area we could access exclusively. Guided to a range of dining options in Picton, which was appreciated. The room was spacious, with a view over their abundant garden. Separate kitchenette area off the bedroom. Goodies included delicious grapes, plunger coffee and a good selection of teas. Lots of interesting little items throughout the room. Super comfortable bed, good quality linen. Large bathroom space. We were very tired after a long day of driving so retired early.

Summary: Wonderful stay with our hosts who did more than was expected. Nothing was a problem. They even met us at the train station with our luggage so we would not have to walk back from town. What a treat breakfast was. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Great stay here for NYE. Margaret and Bill are excellent hosts, both friendly and informative. Breakfast was a the best we've had in a very long time. Would heartily recommend to anyone.

Summary: Extremely quiet and warm room with a very comfortable bed. Easy walking distance into town. Margaret and Bill are wonderful hosts. We couldn't have asked for more. The food was absolutely amazing.

Summary: Amazing house full of all sorts of reminders of Scotland. A garden full of wonderful fruiting plants figs, peaches etc. we were provided with a fantastic evening meal.
