Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, and communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly. The view is beautiful, the property itself is well maintained and nicely designed. When the warm water works, the hot tub is really lovely and relaxing. The towels and bathrobes were clean and fresh, and there are good parking facilities, which was very convenient.

Negative: During our one-night stay, we had to ask twice for the water to be turned on, as there was no water in the bathroom or the hot tub. There were some stains on the bed cover and pillows, possibly from breakfast served in the room. The road to the property is in very poor condition — you can really only reach it comfortably by scooter. The price-performance ratio could be better.

Negative: They are still in construction, so there was some construction noise and lots of work being done in different areas. The water pressure was almost non-existent in the shower, and they're still working out some service kinks.
