Positive: Beautiful views. Very friendly staff. Pesticide free gardens, vineyards and olives. Large room with traditional wooden ceiling, aestically furnished, balcony/terrace with flowering bougainvillea at the edge, well planned. Breakfast and restaurant very good, excellent wine suggestions by our knowledgeable and friendly sommelier lifted the spirit. The best of our travels around Peleponnese. There was a program of the week's activities in which we would have participated if we had realized and planned. But we were very privileged that we were offered a personal tour of the garden by Stellios, the knowledgable agronomist in charge of the grounds. Momvasia was close by, beautiful and pleasant. Another time we would love to stay longer than 3 days.

Negative: The place is spread out with buildings for restaurant, reception and rooms in small houses; it was initially confusing, and lacked more signing, especially to find the paths to the rooms. The large restaurant room was pleasant but acoustics not the best. More practical furniture is needed on the terrace a table with chairs and a sun lounger would be good. The existing lounging chairs were low and very impractical. Cleaning persons did a good job, but spoke not a word of English, so direct communication impossible.

Positive: - Breakfast was great with nice fruits and good selection. The only issue it was almost the same each day. - Design of the room is beautiful, bed is big and comfortable. - Products in the bathroom are great. - Very clean and cleaning ladies are attentive and gentle. - Overall stuff in the hotel is great. - The main advantage of the place is you have enough privacy and don’t see a lot of people when the hotel is full. It’s calm and tranquil.

Negative: - Pools are quite small, water was too warm during our stay. Too simple for kids with no water "animations". - Our room was very dark with tiny window. There is space outside the room but furniture is not comfortable, I asked to give us sunbeds as my kid was sick 3 days and we couldn’t go far from the room, we were told there are no available sunbeds. - Food in the restaurants is ok but a bit overpriced. - I was unlucky with experiences booking. - I am always travelling for my birthday and it's first time when I didn't get even a post card from the hotel at the day of the birthday. Of course no complains. - Hotel is quite far from the sea and no hotel beach by the sea. You need to go early to find place in the nearest beach or to drive over 30 min to get to nicer places to swim. - We did the road to Athens 3 times and there is no way to get to the hotel during 3,5 hours (as it's stated by the property) if you respect speed limits (most of the time it's 80km and distance 352km). You need to book 4,5 -5h to go to the airport.

Summary: Good place if you need a calm stay.
