Positive: Exceptional hospitality. Staff very accommodating, always anticipate our needs, quite amazing actually. Only 1 or 2 English speakers but no problem at all. We had some special meal requests which they actually tried to accommodate for the next meals (this is beyond what they need to do).

Negative: Pools were not huge, but good enough, very charming. Not so many places to hang items in the room

Positive: The food was delicious and the location was beautiful! Especially when surrounded in snow.

Negative: The onsen runs until 10am, and there is a free coffee service (self serve) that runs until 10am as well. If you want to get an onsen and have a coffee you have to rush a little! Would be nice if they could extend the coffee until 11am.
