Positive: Friendly staff - they tried their best to help. good location, breakfast and dinner were well prepared, onsen can be reserved for private use without extra cost.

Negative: The toilet cubicles are very cramped. Very little space to move. The room wall was very thin, not so suitable for light sleepers. There was a group of 5 on the day, talked loudly and played for the whole night till 4am. Hard to sleep, 100% customer issue. Perhaps, the ryokan can set a quiet time rules for the ryokan.
