Positive: Kinnity castle was amazing. Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We got a quick tour of the castle from the lady at reception ( Jenny I think) she was so helpful and friendly. We had dinner on both nights which was delicious and a great kids menu. Breakfast was scrumptious and again nothing was too much trouble for the staff..coffee top ups etc and the young lady serving us breakfast ( & afternoon tea) was so kind and helpful with hotel history and even directions from the hotel. The walks around the castle are excellent and the location is gorgeous. Excellent location for couples and families.we got a room upgrade on arrival which involved a huge room. We cannot highlight the Excellence and hospitality shown to us by ALL staff. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Positive: Beautiful historic castle located in a hidden forest. Food was very good. The only thing , no drinking water in bedrooms. Otherwise we loved staying in Kinnity. Thank you 😊

Positive: The staff went out of their way to make my daughter and my birthday special. It was an amazing experience.

Negative: In keeping with a castle built in the 1200s some things could've used a bit of maintenance, but it did add to the charm of the place.
