Positive: Clean and modern; staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t appreciate them more!

Negative: Our room was on the ground floor and you could hear noises in the nearby kitchen from time to time

Positive: The location is truly excellent. Vibrant part of the city, two amazing Hawker Centers few minutes from the hotel. A Café with super tasty matcha latte on the ground floor of the hotel. And very nice smell in the corridors!

Negative: The room is just so so small. For two people, even though we mostly were away exploring the city, we had some struggle to get around with two suitcases in the tiny room. The bed was not very comfortable and took 70% of the room. If you shower, the whole floor (under sink and toilet) gonna be flooded. Also no window.

Positive: The location is very convenient, in between outram park and maxwell MRT. There're many food and cafes around especially the China Town Food Complex where you could find food from day till night. The room is in a good size compare to the other rooms in Singapore, the key-less arrangements is so convenient where i don't have to worry about my key anytime while feeling secured.

Negative: I didn't like that the hotel smells a bit humid, but the rest of the stay was perfect with AC turned on.
