The beautiful great room offers comfy furnishings, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a hand-crafted dining room table. Outside, an expansive decking area and outdoor dining set affords a nature inspired, alfresco experience.
The lower level is thoughtfully designed with relaxing furnishings, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and an upscale bar, complete with wine refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. (Note: The lower level of the home does not have A/C.)
Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, bunk bedroom (2 sets), one queen sleeper sofa, and four baths provide the necessary level of privacy and comfort. Enjoy the indoor heated sunroom, flanked by two sunny decks with outdoor seating and gas grill.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, hiking trails, groomed ski trails, and Clubhouse dining. Summary: We stayed here as a family of four with friends- another family of four for a ski trip. Everyone loved it. Easy to navigate, comfortable beds, all very clean. We had plenty of space and plenty of televisions to go around. Enjoyed the trail close by. 10/10 Would book again!

Summary: My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations provided at the Kingswood home at Birchwood farms. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room and privacy. We also had space where we could all meet together for meals and card games. I would 100% recommend this property to any family looking for a get away to Harbor Springs!

Summary: We booked this house for a family get together that included skiing at the Highlands. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen which was very thoughtfully stocked. The house is beautifully furnished with easy to follow instructions for heat, lights, etc. The layout was perfect for our crowd. Younger cousins could hang out in the lower level, and the older crowd were comfortable relaxing on the main level. The scenery in winter was exceptionally beautiful. We could only imagine how wonderful it would be to enjoy the outdoor areas during the summer!

Summary: Rented this home with two other families for a ski weekend. The pictures and description could be a little more informative. You enter the house on the basement level and there’s two floors above. This makes bringing in luggage challenging. We had concerns about the mattresses in both upstairs bedrooms which management said would be addressed. The management company was very responsive and communicated quickly.

Summary: We had 6 kids and 4 adults and we were all very comfortable. The house is exactly as listed and in a beautiful neighborhood. We ate at the club and cooked at the house with plenty of room for all of us. We will defiantly book this house again.
