Summary: Our TV didn't work had to replace the box from another room the molding in the bathroom needs painting otherwise the room was very clean and everyone was very helpful

Summary: Parking was great. I felt safe, comfortable, and very much 'at home' as a solo woman traveler. The room was very well appointed, although the internet is a bit slow. The location is great too. I will definitely come back here when I need to be in Caro the next time.

Summary: Lovely family owned business. Very clean and quiet. Bed was great; I slept so well! My only complaint is they should salt the parking lot. All sidewalks and the road were not at all icy, but the parking lot was very slick, so it was surprising.

Summary: They charged me a fee for a service animal. That is highly illegal. But I was too exhausted to explain they can’t do this per the ADA. It didn’t seem like the front desk clerk was going to listen to me anyways. He kept telling me it’s a pet fee. Service dogs are not pets! They provide a service to a person in need. Room was okay. Bugs in the bathtub. Quiet. Good location

Summary: The room was clean and sufficient and better than most but they need to put that there is a fee even though they are pet friendly they still charged me for my dog. That’s not right they all want an extra fee on top of all the fee that they charge Hotel.com is not up-to-date.

Summary: We had people smoking Marijuana outside our hotel door. It was not medical Marijuana. So it stunk something awful. The Breakfast was pretty much nothing. The people nexted to us were loud into the wee hours and swore and used the f word every other time they spoke. Trying to sleep was a no go.
