Positive: The coziness and lovey skyline views

Negative: I was only there for a few days but if I were to stay longer I am not sure of the laundry arrangements…….ie location of washing machines etc

Summary: My stay was very relaxing in a pretty quiet neighborhood. I went for morning walks and felt pretty safe.

Positive: Everything. First the contact people were reachable. The security guard at the gate does his job, made sure I was safe. The ground is clean, the apartment is just as advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The space on the balcony is a bit narrow to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view of Kingston....but that doesn't take away from the apartment itself.

Positive: Absolutely great, peaceful, safe, topfloor, many windows for good air circulation. Deron did a great job furnishing this down to the finest details: good quality all over. The kitchen, especially the stove is dream to cook…Bed super comfy, bathroom with sensible shower. Balcony with great city view! Enjoy the ocean of lights at night. Pool just 2 minutes walking distance: well kept, clean, safe. To all who want to rent this place: please be kind with Deron and the appartment, take good care of it, so this gem will be available for many years. 6 stars of five.

Positive: the host was a young man he was so nice and professional the place was comfortable and at peace well secured and refurbished it has a modern feel and the gated community is quiet also the pool was super clean i was also given a surprise by the host for my special occasion my husband and children will be going back to this place very soon and i recommend this for anyone weather a couple or a small family it fits just right is also 6 minutes away from supermarkets and plaza thank you for a wonderful vacation
